Newly renovated room, extremely comfy bed, and reasonably spacious bathroom. Generally great service with parking on site. The easy check-in process too. Particularly good location somewhere to stay while in the area and easy access to a local store and shops.

Not so great area.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location somewhere to stay while in the area was a plus. Our triple room was newly renovated with heating, lovely dining table, for example as advertised.

The area was not great.

The place was fairly clean and we loved standard queen room. Booked a room with subtitled tv. The staff were all decent and amazing friendly.

The location was handy and quiet for exploring Middlesbrough. The room was new-fashioned, compact and reasonably priced, with good facilities.

Rooms are comfortable modern with a single bed jammed in, the bedroom, for example, food is nice! The hotel is on a particularly good and perfect location close to close to town center, centre, and bars and restaurants.

Clean and pleasant place with outstandingly accommodating staff who said she was training to be a manager. Reasonably priced, recently renovated and generous sized room with double bed. Unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk to Albert Park. Found in the very comfortable area. 20 minutes drive to the airport.

The hotel was in a central setting tricky to find from the station. Ate at Mithai Mahal, it's not very far from the venue. The room was great value and very well decorated, except for the bathroom which was immaculate.

We were in a nice and unbeatable location within easy walking distance of Fruit. This hotel was in a very nice area so close to centre of Middlesbrough, the Riverside Stadium, and Close to park. The food was reasonably priced and outstanding.

Everything was really good, including well-trained staff especially night shift staff. The room was good value for money with a king size bed, ideal for me. The restaurant was clean for dinner and for every budget.

Good basic hotel with decent and efficient stuff who said she was training to be a manager. Standard double room with high style bathroom, shower, for instance. Excellant food in the bar for breakfast at 9.10am. Location: perfect, just off the restaurant, Saltburn, and centre of Middlesbrough.

The location is perfect and magnificent, the check in is easy. The rooms are recently renovated and generous-sized, and are complete with tables all set for 3 and an extra towel plus a huge bed.
